How It Works

1. Tell Us How Much You’d Like the Voucher For

Choose the dollar amount for your gift voucher, which can be used in full or as a contribution toward a booking at any PurePods location.

2. Personalize Your Gift
Make it special by providing:

• The recipient’s name and contact details.
• A personal message for them.
• Your name(s) as the gift-giver(s).

3. Receive and Present Your Voucher
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive:

• A confirmation email.
• A ready-to-print or email gift voucher, including instructions for the recipient on how to book their PurePod experience.

We’ll keep the surprise intact by not contacting the recipient until you’ve given them the gift!

How to Redeem the Voucher

Redeeming a PurePods gift voucher is simple:

1. The recipient selects their preferred PurePod location and available date.
2. They contact us with their details (booking instructions are included on the voucher).

We’ll confirm their booking and send them all the information they need, including directions to their PurePod for a seamless experience.

Important Details

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Bookings can be made beyond the expiry date as long as the reservation is secured before the voucher expires.
• If we don’t hear from the recipient within 6 months, we’ll send a friendly reminder via email.
