Bike Adventures
If you are keen to venture beyond your PurePod, e-bike hire is a fun, easy way to explore.
Both Tāima and Haurapa PurePod are located near the spectacular Lake Dunstan Trail, a stunning lakeside ride that winds through dramatic Central Otago landscapes, perfect for a leisurely outing or a bit of a challenge, depending on your pace.
At Korimako and Atatū PurePod, guests can enjoy a private 8km mountain bike loop exclusive to the property. The trail features sweeping views over the Hurunui River mouth, Pegasus Bay coastline, and Banks Peninsula. With a few steep gradients to keep things interesting, it’s a fun and rewarding ride.


PurePod Farm Tours
Take a guided farm tour and immerse yourself in the rich history and natural beauty of the land. At Kokomea PurePod, meet one of the friendly farmers and explore the regenerating gully and wetland conservation project, where you can observe the local birdlife. At Korimako or Atatū PurePod, enjoy a one-hour drive through the farm, learning about the history dating back to 1850, as well as the challenges and triumphs of the original family settlers. Along the way, you’ll also visit a local seal colony, adding an extra touch of nature to the experience.
